You can tell it’s a stock engine because it doesn’t smoke! I love that a good running duramax never smokes. And Duramax purists know, a duramax should be kept original because it was built to its limitations from the factory. They weren’t problematic engines, they just became problematic when people put mods on they they weren’t built for.
@@williams_garage There were two sets of injector recalls and some owners just didn’t do it. My uncle had one since new, he got the factory recall done and the truck lasted until 400k. Woulda kept it but the body was pretty far gone
damn I can really hear the turbo from that angle. do you think that's because of the exhaust or the camera placement? can you hear the turbo better with the stack?

Cnt just get a trans tune or shift kit either everybody says have to build the whole thing.. 6 speed allisons tho just put shift kit in and are pretty legit
