Welcome to my full demonstration of how to irrigate your stoma using the Stoma irrigation kit.
Please consult with your stoma team before attempting stoma irrigation. Irrigation isn’t applicable for all stoma patients so please check first.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. I've seen many channels where people have an ileostomy and you're the only person I've found with a colostomy. I don't have a stoma but after learning a bit, I've found it really interesting. It's reminded me that you never know what someone else may be dealing with, it's reminded me to try and have some more patience and understanding with others. So thank you and I hope you're doing well and all is going well!☺️

Thanks Chris. I’ve been irrigating for close to a decade and rec’d your video for a friend who’s a new ostomate to show him what’s possible beyond a bag. I did have a thought about your skin around your stoma… have you tried dusting your skin around the stoma with antifungal (athlete’s foot) powder and then dab skin barrier on it to hold the powder in place. That usually clears up any irritation I get around my stoma.
