Hi Matthew. To find the pirates on the plank, jump at the bus stop and head down the road following the railway sleepers to the 20m area. Heading roughly 210 deg. When you find the edge of the 35m pit follow it round to the left staying at 20m. After a bit of a swim you will see a pile of (cairn) stones. If you were to do a 90 deg left here you would find the coach, but dont do that, carry on following the edge of the pit round. It is a longish swim. Eventually you will see the pirates and the plank. Good luck. Safe diving. There are more pirate treasures, a pirate on a gibbet, an altar with candlesticks and goblets and a treasure chest in the pit around the edge at about 30m.
