Stop Buying Pizza | Try This 10mins Recipe 

My mom was making these bread pizzas for 60 years. She makes them even simpler: put a thin slice of tomato with salt, pepper and oregano instead of the sauce

I am preparing it since 1990 and named it Brizza!! Pizza topping made on bread slices. And it was a signature and most selling dish in our restaurant. People, specially children liked it very much because they could eat a whole slice, without cutting or awaiting till somebody serve them!! 😀😀👍🏼👍🏼👌🏼👌🏼 And everyone can decide their choices for topping! That is also gave them a personal touch or liking. Chicken Brizza was the most selling dish.

Watching this from Australia and I am vietnamese. I hanged out with my italian friend back in the early 90s and when there was nothing to eat, he said he'll make bread pizza, I was curious. It was very simple, tomato sauce, onion and cheese. I have completely forgotten about this for the last 12 years or so. My 12 year old daughter loves pizza so I asked her if she wanted to try bread pizza? she was curious too. After the first try, she has fallen in love with it. I have now passed this recipe from an italian generation to a vietnamese one :) Love it.

This is really good. Learned this in the 5th grade from my Indian friend. She had this after breaking a fast and let me try it. I have been a fan ever since.👍🏽

I make mine almost the same way. I use spaghetti sauce instead of pizza sauce and load it up with pepperoni slices then put it in the oven on 400F degrees for 10 minutes. Comes out perfect for a nighttime snack.

One of my fondest memories are the simple English muffin pizzas my Mother made for me growing up. So easy, so quick, so fun to eat! More times than not…we have everything we need. 😄

This looks delicious. I used to make these (minus chilli flakes and onion) when my children were young , sometimes using a bread roll or whatever was in the cupboard. Yep my house to. But it nice that somebody shared a cheap way to make a meal. It's pretty cool otherstuff you can do with bread. That is gifts from the good lord. My sister and her school mates made biscuit mini pizzas in home economics and biscuits fruit pies. We made French toast when I was little. And I love omelets made in t he microwave. And mashed potatoes. Stove top stuffing. It's cool for the person who does have a stove or a quick lesson in a house where nobody knows how to cook or had a house fire. You can cook just about anything in the microwave or campfire, crackpot. My new deal is a air fryer, grill, bakes, dehydration all in one. I rarely use the dehydrator. It is what it is!

Use a toaster oven for better browning and crisping. Also, this works very well with store-bought wraps, naan, and other flat breads. I pretty much make meatlover pizzas with wraps twice a week as a snack or light meal with salads.

I made pizza for my 4 children for years using hamburger buns. We called them pizza buns. Quick, easy, and best of all, cheap! And they loved them!

My mom use to make this for me, my sister, our friends and cousins (we were a bunch of noisy, energy overloaded, cute but dangerous gang) when we were kids. Very often we were many kids playing in our backyard or on our sidewalk. This was an ingenious way of feeding us all with something that we all loved and was super easy and fast to make.

I've been making "mock pizza" for decades. My version goes: 2 slices of bread, toasted on one side only. Spread the untoasted sides with green pesto, top with thinly sliced tomato and a slice of burger cheese. Add anchovy fillets* and sliced black olives, grill untill the cheese melts. Yum! * or use salami/ham cut into strips.

sure I still buy pizza from time to time, like if I just happen to pass by a pizza place and especially on special occasions like birthdays, but I've also been making my own sliced bread "pizza" whenever I crave for it at home for almost 2 decades by now ever since my guardian thought it to me. my choice of toppings are more conventional since I use ham, pepperoni and/or ground beef along with cheese and ketchup or pizza sauce(whichever I have at the time); I also use an oven toaster instead of a pan so there's direct heat on the toppings as well. other times I flatten the sliced bread and roll it with the toppings inside calling them pizza rolls.
