I’ve tried it in the past, and found it to be “blah” at best - when my worse-than-mediocre cooking “skills” did not render it unto *”BLEAH!”* This recipe, on the other hand - might make it something I *WANT* to eat, instead of something I have to *force* myself to eat when I get lucky and turn out “blah” flavored food. Note: my chief interest in this kind of food relates to serious health problems that began manifesting in childhood, not ideology or whatever motivates “militant vegans” (I know a few people like this). I respect them, but cannot really understand their reasoning, short of perhaps PTSD or related matters. I get *that* - I know at least one person like this - and I myself deal with PTSD daily.
