Just like Politics vs the media. Get in front of it. That’s so brilliant how you related that to sales. I’m finding ways to relate all of this to specifically car sales. The visual in my head has me in some skyscraper though. Simple but powerful knowledge. High end car marketing is ideal.

Raise an objection that you know your competitor is gonna raise and you've blocked it. You frame it not as weakness, you frame it as a strength. If you know that your customer/competitor is gonna badmouth you and maybe there are 2 or 3 things that they always bring up, how can you use the inoculation theory to actually build something like this into your sale pitch, your presentation to stop your competitor from badmouthing you?

The best time to ask for a raise is when you've demonstated that you can sell and you're the best of the best. The best way to leave a great impact is to give the client information/insight that they don't have. Be the person they come to for answers. VA

Real Estate sales is the hardest closing comparing with other products , would you please advise how to overcome objections when client said I am not interested , I need sometime to decide , one day client told me " I am not buying a sandwich " , and keep in mind that most of our work is via calling Sir , thank you in advance
