It can be a tough thing to do because it's ingrained into us at such a young age but it's such a futile exercise! Thank you for the compliment about the t-shirt. A friend of mine gifted it to me.

Great video. This is so true but it’s also a really difficult thing to do. I consciously make an effort not to but it’s taken a long time to be actually be successful at it. I think social media makes it a lot harder as well. If anyone is struggling with this problem the first thing I’d recommend is binning social media

It’s not an overnight process as you say but with enough conscious effort, it can be learned! Social media is definitely a hindrance when trying to avoid focussing on what others are doing and I couldn’t agree more that it’s best to get rid of it ASAP!
