Don't skip meals for low calories 3. Exercise is must Tips : 1. balanced meal don't think about calories , only think about nutrition (seeds, phali, daal, nuts) 2. 30 - 40 minutes exercise (high or medium intensity) 3. मैडम मैं 2 महीने से एक्सरसाइज कर रही हूं और मेरी बॉडी साइज में बिल्कुल भी फर्क नहीं पड़ रहा है जबकि मैं बहुत एक्टिव हूं मैं एक गांव की लड़की हूं मैं रोजाना 4 किलोमीटर पैदल चलती हूं क्योंकि मुझे बाजार से सामान लाना पड़ता है बच्चों को स्कूल लाना ले जाना पड़ता है लेकिन फिर भी मेरा बॉडी फैट कम नहीं हो रहा था मैं अपनी डाइट में क्या शामिल करो या फिर आप कोई और टिप्स मुझे बताएं जिससे मैं अपनी बॉडी को फिट रख सकूं please mam help me

पैदल चलने से नहीं होगा डियर चने की वजह दौड़ लगाओ जो शरीर से पसीना निकल मैं भी 10 कि चली थी कुछ नहीं होता शरीर से पसीना निकल आधा घंटा दौड़ लगा लो आधे घंटे की एक्सरसाइज कर लोहार्ड वाली गारंटी बहुत पक्का वजन कम हो जाएगा आपका​@@user-or4bl7lv8n

Biscuits, namkeen, samosa, jalebi aur sugar band kijiye. Raat ko 7 baje k baad kewal paani lijiye. Sabji main kam oil dale .ho sake toh boil khana khaiye. Baaku kaam toh aap karti he hain. Alag se exercise ki jarurat nahi hain. 4 months main weight kam ho jaiyega

मैं सुबह 5 am उठकर 10000 steaps में run walk करती हूं फिर 6/30 am ग्रीन टी लेमन वाटर लेती हू 9/30 tk sprouts एक कटोरी खाती हु फिर 11/30 tk dry futane 15gm 3/30 लंच evening ko ek चाय और फिर से 7/00pm 10000 steps me run walk or night me sirf sprout sirf एक कटोरी but i can't loose my weight please help

You are very right. Very important tips you have shared. I follow these points for very long time, and I have successfully maintained my weight, although I have hypothyroidism. I am 5 feet, and have my weight between 51-52. And I am satisfied with this. I eat everything, do regular exercise and get sleepin time. Hope every one be fit and enjoy your life.

Baccho ko pizza, berger,tali hui chije roj roj dene ki wajah se hi aajkal chote baccho me motapa adh raha hai, aur ye jo bacche gharme mobile ya tv dekhate hai, yehi jaryrat se jada wajan badhata hai, bacche kam se kam 1 ghata hi maidan me khel le to overweight nahi honge👍👍👍👍

Mam main sirf 10 minut exercise aur 2 hour ki baat wok krti hu !!!! Meri 2 hours se jyada hi wok Ho jaati hai !!! But mene apna weight 2 month me 20 kg los kia h aaj mera weight 62.2 h is month mujhe 55 krna h mere bf aa rha h milne isliye jldi krnna h mam
