Are you struggling to make solid CONTACT? Do you EARLY EXTEND? Then you’re going to have to watch this TUTORIAL on How to PLUG Yourself into The GROUND!!
So many Golfers make the mistake of TURNING their HIPS through the golf ball which is the main reason they TRANSITION SPIN and EARLY RELEASE!
This move throws the club over the top causing SLICES, PULLS and LOW POINT CONTROL problems!! Engaging your pelvis is essential to create ROOM for the ARMS to swing freely through the golf ball! Yet very few golfers understand the ONE simple swing FEEL they can use that allows that to happen automatically!
If you want to move your PELVIS correctly you have to DRIFT into your lead FOOT and then PLUG yourself into the GROUND!
In this video I explain how?!
Thanks for watching!
Get after it!

The Drill that Andrew is showing us is one that I’ve been focusing on since I’ve started watching Andrew. IMHO, this is KEY to great ball striking, accuracy & distance with less effort!
@jksojmo123
Another really good video - much appreciated- have helped me tremendously- thanks
@bigcroc2797
100 💯 agree, made a huge difference in my golf ⛳ swing. Just started doing this at the end of the season after a full summer of erratic contact.
@goldengate8287
Great perspective on creating space … thanks for sharing…
@yathiramani7944
Thank Andrew, another great video. Super helpful when you say what you are feeling at different points 👍
@topgunbass
I've been working on this and it has helped.
@jasonmiller4080
Thanks Andrew. Great video
@pbode1
Thanks Andrew, you taught me that rotating isn't spinning, your feel descriptions really reasonate with me, the only one coming close for me is Mike Malaska... your tips and drills made my game better. My hook is almost cured!
@pbode1
Thanks. You explain so well that the lead heel pressure is quite subtle. Others on YT demo it with quite excessive spaghetti noodle which is nice for the camera but useless when playing

Excellent Andrew.

👏👍👏👍

Good video. What helps me is to point my belt buckle no further than my trail big toe in the back swing, and not further than my lead toe during hip rotation to impact. I try to feel pulling the arms down in the backswing, then when they are lowered, I rotate my hips to that lead toe. Arms, hands, and club are on autopilot at this point.

Great video!

As always awesome! Thanks for using the word BRAKE.

Hi Andrew. After watching your last few lessons I shot a 2 over par and 8 over par in the last 2 practice rounds. I'm currently off a 15 handicap so hopefully I can take my current form into competition. Thanks for great explanation of the swing.

Hi Nr.1, I have submitted an application, that only your Videos be shown in Germany
@bh5606
I never feel early extension. How do you define the early extension feeling? If the feeling cannot be defined , what are the ball flight characteristics?
@dogloverjb6873
SWING the arms to the target from the top and allow the body to react to the swinging of the club. focus on swinging the club...not what your body parts are doing
@AviationSceptic
Andrew, is it fair to say that as you push back / away with the left foot / leg, you have to keep the pelvis the same distance (not move closer / into the ball) as you come into impact?
@AndrewDCDrummond
Amateurs struggling with going OTT should get a rope to do the drill that Dr Kwon is promoting (although it is not new) as you can really feel the recentering ‘shift’ accelerating the arms downwards and generating speed - if you sequence correctly. Also investigating left sidebend in the backswing, tilting rather than turning the shoulders - allows the upper body to not spin out when you recenter.
