this hits my nostalgia hard, it was my first harvest moon/SoS game. No other game in the series could ever match it.

All of my friends said that Harvest Moon Back to Nature is the best, but for me is A Wonderful Life. This game had them all, from being able to create hybrid seeds to raise your child to adult.

This was THE game that started it all for me, nothing has matched it since and I'm so hype to be able to go back to that Valley and experience it all over again

Finally, no need to wait a year for the game to be released on steam, it's already multiplatform ❤️

This game just hits different now that a we are a lot older ourselves it taught some of us a valuable lesson at the time even if we didn't fully comprehend it.

The resulting spin-off series has caused some degree of confusion among fans and video game news sources. Natsume published this series under the name Harvest Moon until 2014. At that time, Natsume maintained the rights to the Harvest Moon series name after Marvelous announced that it would have its subsidiary, Xseed Games, take over North American distribution. I'm very much looking forward to it. I'd like to see a remake of my first and favorite title of the series Harvest Moon 64 with the same graphics and told over multiple generations with extras thrown in. Every decision you make, along with advice you give to the othe characters, alters the shape of the town and residents. It could lead to people coming and going, certain never appearing at all, people marrying different people or divorcing, characters dying, and multiple endings

Ok. The game ends when the player's avatar dies. Finally a life simulation video game which players can actually finish within a set number of playthrough.

loved this game as a kid but the only thing that made me mad was the extended content you could access if you hooked up your gameboy to the gamecube to play some other harvest moon game. we could never get the right cables at the time.

Why did they rename the game to story of seasons? What was wrong with harvest moon? Or did something happen with that?

The ps2/gamecube version is a master piece for me but its only lack of festival and secret content like others harvest moon.. but if the ranching and farming side this is the best for me..
