I was living and working just to pay rent and still got $15000 in debt and now after 2 years living in my car and working a fraction what I used to I paid off all that debt and have some savings on my account too
That’s awesome! Thank you for sharing your story, it’s really inspiring me. I’m really close to paying off all of my debt. I love seeing the numbers go down! Living in my car has been one of the best financial decisions I’ve made.
@@daniellelandau7762 I am in Australia. Over here we can just change licence to the state we are currently in. You can change your adress too like ask friend to use their or pick any address you want and then go to post office and open PoBox and fill a form to divert any mail from the address into your PoBox, I had new credit card that my bank sent to my old address sent automatically to my PoBox
Thank you for this video. I’m in so much debt and can barely afford my rent and house bills, so there’s no money to go towards my debt. I’ve been thinking about living in my car a lot lately. Your videos have helped me tremendously. Thank you. God bless you.
I’m so happy you find my videos helpful. I know exactly what you’re going through and I hope things get better for you soon. Just leave a comment if you have any questions about Car Life 😊♥️.
I’m so proud of you for being so brave. It takes a lot of courage to say the truth and save your mental health. God has so much for you in future.... I’m about to make my own courageous move... send you love and good vibes
I’m spamming your channel with comments I am sorry! But I just wanna say you are incredible. I am rooting for you so hard, I wish we could be friends lol. I’m kind of a loner, so I don’t hang out with people, but your vibe is SO contagious and amazing, you have true noor
Lol, thank you for all of the comments! I appreciate the support so much. Work has me exhausted, but I hope to film an update video in the near future, when I have some down time. Things are going really well. Living in my car has been the best decision I’ve made in years! Thanks again 😊.
I’m about to start living in my car any day now. I’ve been married for 36 years and the wife wanted a divorce, so I will be homeless. My kids want me to buy a house or get an apartment but I said no. I want to save my money for my kids when I pass away. I’m 60 and I don’t have it in me to get another house.
Wow, I’m so sorry for what you’re going through. I admire your desire to leave money behind for your children, although I do understand their concerns. My family was really worried about me, but they feel much more comfortable with me living in my car now that I’ve been doing it a year and I’m still alive and safe. Hopefully your children will learn to accept your decision. There are MANY people your age living in cars and vans. Search for them on RU-vid and show them to your children. One thing I did to help my family feel more comfortable with my decision was show them several young women on RU-vid who live it their cars safely and comfortably. That helped a lot. Good luck! You can do it 😊.
My mental health was destroyed completely I was in it for 17 years and four children which don’t regret my children they were a blessing to me and my family I was psychiatry and meds for many yrs by the grace of God he rescued me and I am whole again I am 74 years young and spiritual life was my greatest achievement.u will make it. Luv you Betty
You know Monique, from an older woman to a much younger woman, we all fall on hard time in our lives. Sometimes through our own actions, and sometimes through the actions of others, and many times because we allow it to happen through the actions of others. The important thing is to recognise it and do something about it. Sometimes you have to pay the price, like debts etc. you are not the first and you won’t be the last. It is not the fact that you were where you were, it’s the fact that you got up that defines you. You will rise above this, and others will learn from you. Often, getting out of your comfort zone takes a traumatic event because not many people win the lottery. Yes, an abusive relationship is a comfort zone, whether it’s a personal relationship, a job or a friendship. Sorry for the long story. Been there done that, the T-shirt is old.
Thank you so much for this comment. I really hope sharing my story will help others. They still might have to experience their own traumatic event before deciding to leave their abusive comfort zone, but at least they’ll know they’re not alone. Your comment makes me feel less alone and I really appreciate that. Thank you ♥️.
Also, I have the same issue with my sinus... my is from mucus build up. Certain food and drinks makes it worse!! Also, drinking lots of water daily (room temperature) helps breakdown the mucus and your body will start to flush it all away
I’ve started to notice my body prefers room temp water over cold water. Hopefully it’ll help a little with my sinus issues, too. Thank you for the advice 😊.
@@simmpleenoughI wanted to share with you that you dont need surgery ever most things they call dis ease is all parasites, heavy metals toxins I had never heard that either but I believe it and you can heal your sinuses I promise May God bless your journey honey
Monique !!! I’ve been following for your almost a year now. You’re so genuine and consistent in who you are, which u can tell from the years of videos’ I look forward to every Sunday to watch your next video 😊 Go Monique!!!
In L.A, the lowest rent n L.A. County proper with utilities is $1,500+++ easily. Unless you have low income approved housing or Section 8. Rooms are $1,000+++ easily. Shared rooms $800. How sad.
Hey, so newly subscribe. I am happy to see another carlifer... I am doing Nissian Rogue car life. We started at the same time! So dope to see us out here living alternatives. Prayers and positive vibes to you!
Hey, that’s awesome! I get excited when I meet other carlifers too! Thank you for the nice comment. Sending prayers and positivity right back at you! 😊
Thank you 🙂. I plan to upload a lot more often, eventually. I’m just abnormally busy at the moment. Hopefully by early fall I’ll start uploading consistently.
Thank you! I’ve heard a lot of good things about colloidal silver, but I didn’t know it could help with sinus issues. I’ll look into it. I’ve been meaning to learn more about it.
I just started watching your channel and subscribed. Your story resonates strongly with me. Thank you for sharing this. I’m looking forward to watching the rest of your vlogs. Your editing skills are great and I love your music choices. Very talented!
I am so proud of you. I"m happy you took control fo you life and got going with what you wanted to do, regardless of it being hard, YOU DID IT. your choice, and in the future, you will still appreciate doing this ( even if it felt harder) I'm so happy for you! many people remain ina situation where they hate it and never break free. Good fo you, I'm inspired. I want you to prosper
Love you, sis🙏🫂♥️☯️ P.S.: I'm starting all over in "Every Single Way" because of my ex. Words can not truly express. I am so very thankful in a good way how things happened, and when it happened, today, I am now at a much better place mentally and spiritually more so. Once we stay focused, it'll all get better.🙏💫
Thank you for telling us your story. It helps me to see you being the founder and creator of an online business like me and having had to leave your husband because he wasn’t the right guy like I did and living in your car to save money like I do so there’s a little bit left for fulfilling my dreams, traveling and seeing beautiful places. Have a great day 🍀❤️
I’d love to meet you one day we both have quite a few things in common. May the creator be with you, lead & guide you. Mental health challenges is a huge factor in these situations, seems the longer you stay in it the more likely you’ll have to do some internal work. But that’s ok though, so long as the day comes that we remember to love ourself again. Thank you for your bravery & candidness…hailing from S. FL ok going to part 2 now lol💐💃🏽
I love all of your comments. The internal work is everlasting for me. I have so much to work through, from childhood up to my first marriage, but at least I’ve reached the point to love myself enough to put in the work, like you said. I’m very grateful for how candid people have become, especially online, in regards to their own mental health struggles. It has helped me tremendously and I hope to talk about what I’m going through more often on this channel. I’m so happy you’re enjoying my videos 😊. I’d love to meet you, too, someday!
Hello, sis you are so brave to share your story.I pray things workout for you.Stay connected to God.I really respect your lifestyle of living in your car very smart you are the best company you can have.I can relate to you.Stay strong my sis be safe.
I love how you express yourself Monique. You come across as being a really beautiful person. 💞 I guess your ex didn't appreciate you as he should have. Hey I'm glad you found your soulmate . I'm still looking ! 😌 LoL
Thank you 😊 . Yea, he didn’t appreciate me at all. It’s all good though. I’m learning from my past and then letting it go. This process hasn’t been easy, but I’m always working towards letting the negative go. Finding my soulmate has taught me that that relationship could have never worked out. We weren’t meant to be. I never felt for him what I feel for Moosa. I feel so grateful for how everything has worked out. I’m almost done paying off all of the debt my ex left me and once that’s gone, he will be completely gone! I really hope you find your soulmate. Thank you for the nice comments!
Hi! Proud member of UIA (United Introverts of America...but since I just made it up, I don't know if it really exists or not 🤣). I'm a little late to the party..... But I'm here in 2024! So proud of you and your journey! I'm 12 yrs out from my Exodus. I COMPLETELY know about the 'partnered debt' where the irony is the 'partner' saddles the other w the debt. Everything from the 'shortsale mortgage' fiasco to the three card Montey MultiLevelMarketing...except NOBODY wants $50 laundry powder or 'SuperDuperAb blaster juice's to the 'renovate classic cars & sell them' but knowing NOTHING about bondo, paint, pistons & plugs🙄 Anyway, @ 8:24 I have the sinus 'disease' too! I've had it since I was about 7 or 8. All I remember is my mom asking is it going to kill me. The doctor said no, but it could affect my "quality of life"...more like it could affect the quality of his wallet...🤔 I remember her saying something to the effect of, 'since the insurance isn't going to cover it (it wasn't medically necessary)and she won't die, keeping the bills at bay will give her a better quality of life' and we left 🤣 I'm looking to downsize and love seeing different options. Thank you for sharing your journey with me. ~Best blessings to you.
Hi Kimberly!! I just want you to know I've been reading all of your comments and appreciate them very much. Thank you for the support and for sharing bits of your life story with me ❤️❤️.
@@simmpleenough Oh my goodness!! I really appreciate that. I honestly resigned myself to thinking you might not go back (especially after a few years) and maybe someone else might read it and give them encouragement. I'm so encouraged by your journey. How you're so REAL about everything. So many times people want either the warm fuzzy or the end result, never the process! I find your videos very refreshing & helpful. And I really need to clear out some extraneous debt so that when the bulldozers come, all I'll have to do is pack my little Toyota Turtle & go. We are such a wasteful Nation. I went to a parking lot of my local Publix and a Nordstrom Rack has replaced the old Bed, Bath, & Beyond. It was lightning and just pouring and people were running like Godzilla was chasing them to get in!Literally, across the parking lot is a Ross and a Goodwill on the other side. I had such a good laugh and told my friend it is absolutely hilarious that when the seasons change, everything in this Nordstrom store will surplus to Ross at 75% of the price. Then within a few years, it'll be donated to the Goodwill by whoever buys it🤣 Seriously, how many 'perfect' cream tank tops does anyone need🙄 Thank you again for sharing such simple, insightful options. Where there's a will, there's always a way. ~Best to you always!🚐☁️☁️
If u want to take this channel to the next level u have to publish at least 1-3 videos a week. just go to other van lifers and see what they are doing. u look so positive, just mix it with positive energy videos how freeing this lifestyle is. some tour videos as well. get in touch with tv station gmb for example. they will invite u but do not go there as a victim go there as a solution presenter. nobody has to stay in a work or life situation which they do not like. not even in brexit times. vanlife is an option and so on.
I really appreciate both of your comments. I’m soaking in all of your advice! I want to post more often, I just work nearly 12 hours a day, 5 days a week, so I’m beat on the weekends. I do plan to post more often, eventually. I’ve been filming a lot, just haven’t had time to edit the videos. Thank you, again!
@@simmpleenough post more and make more $$$ from RU-vid! I am binge watching your videos... you are inspiring. Do another car tour! More cooking videos. You are amazing.
You should have made you ex sign a notarized promissory note and take him to court. He could have paid you back. Look into getting a CPap machine for your sinus.
Yea, I made a lot of mistakes when dealing with that man. I’m just happy to move on from him and this debt. I’ll look into the cpap machine. My dad has one for his sleep apnea. I didn’t know it could possibly help with my sinus issues. Thank you!
