This weekends projects are some more rope rugs but this time an easier version. Our Kitchen sink needs a nice rug in front of it so it is time to create something cute!

Love this idea. I have wanted to make some throw rugs for myself and for my daughters in law but didn't want to make the ones with rope in them. These will be perfect and will use up some of my stash fabrics. Thanks again 😊

Do you think this rug would wear/ hold up well if used under your sewing machine chair?

I’m making my rug 80 inches long. I need a finished size @72”. My question is, if it going to be ok if I join fabric pieces together or will this not be as strong? I was thinking of cutting my fabric the length. Hope this makes sense. In other words, I want my rug lengthwise
