Kinda cool to see Northern Snakehead in their native environment. My biggest is 12.4 pounds in Maryland, USA. I struggle a lot with them eating the native species in smaller bodies of water here but its funny to see that our bass are invasive over there and their snakehead are invasive here. I live pretty close to where the world record 21 pounder was caught at Blackwater National wildlife refuge.

Thanks, man! Yeah, they aren't native there. They were stocked years ago in 3 lakes, but due to the irragation systems they spread all throughout the country.

It was actually random! I passed it riding my bike a few days prior and noticed plenty of little bass in it, so I decided to give it a shot. Thanks for the comment!

@@jonesfishing wow nice job. i think i figured out the exact spot, but its like an hour and a half from where im at in korea. if im ever close to gunsan, ill check it out.

@@thebandseabright I definitely recommend it! It is hit or miss though. Depends on what irrigation gates are open. So, I wouldn't plan a trip solely on that canal. Make sure you have back up plans.
