Should've uploaded this earlier, but never the less, the second half of the Strasburg 611, 382 Photo charter, the afternoon charter on October 6th, the session was advertised Sunset, there was no sun all day, and it mostly rained. Regardless, we made it through, the day had gone so long my video camera battery died, but I got two more highlights at the end with my GoPro. Also includes two scenes including #90 hauling the regular tourist train. Hope you enjoy.

They need to get the old whistle back - one that includes a higher note like the one you can hear in old videos (from 1994 for example) of NW611. This one, without that higher note, sounds like it has a touch of laryngitis by comparison. Otherwise a most magnificent engine!

You know I was thinking about that coming into the weekend, and I've seen the videos and heard it through that. Either way for me, I just excited to see the engine up close, I had never seen a steam locomotive this large under steam in my life before until that weekend.

@@MattProtrains 611 is the last of several copies of the model I guess. We're lucky to have at least one that not only didn't end up as scrap metal but still operates.

Cockshutt tractor made it perfect

After further review, the tractor, early in video, is a 1940s Oliver 60, Row Crop.

Never mind two, but three during most of the weekend with both 611, the 475 (this day 382) and #90 under steam. There are a few places where you can find two steam locomotives running on a daily basis, but seldom to find three of them in a day. This and a special charter on the Valley Railroad in Connecticut are the only times I've been to a place where there were three steam locomotives under steam. Thanks for the comment.
