糖 sugar 80g / 10Tbsp
Bake at 170c in a water bath for 50-60minute

Thanks for the recipe! I tried it with Strawberry (and also another time with blue berry) it was nice (both texture and taste)! If I want to add more Strawberry to have a stronger flavour (Canadian/US strawberry is just big and has little flavour), how much more can I use? And if I can adjust/increase other ingredients? And how much can I reduce the vegetable oil from 80g (which feels like a lot of oil)? Many many thanks!

Hi Kempton Lam you can change to 80 grams of strawberries and 30 grams of milk. You can reduce vegetable oil to 50 grams

Hiii can I used black berry puree instead of strawberry and can put it directly into the preheated oven without water bath??? And my puree is not grinded well it's a crush can I used for this recepy??? Must reply

Hi,maybe is the egg whites problem, you can try beat the egg white on high-speed until become bubble form, begin beat the egg whites on low speed added sugar separately for three times until firm peaks form, they become foamy and frothy it takes about 5-10 minutes to whip the eggs whites.

Thanks for this recipe! My cake turned out to be tasty and very soft! The only think that confused me a little was that it wasn't exactly spongy ( not complaining) but it was actually quite dense. What can I do to make the cake spongy?

If it was too dense you might have over mixed your batter. When you add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients just gently mix everything until it's combined and then stop. You also have gently fold the whipped egg whites in a similar fashion so that you do not deflate them (clock wise motions, scooping from top to bottom) I personally use large a metal spoon to do this because it is very efficient at folding the whites without deflating them. Also, do not open the oven door while the cake is baking. Sifting your flour into the wet ingredients will also add air and sponginess.
