No we do many push variation exercises. Planche training, different push ups, different dips, different presses. If you want a great chest though push ups is definitely a must!
I bench pressed for about 8 months when I was around 18-19 then hurt my shoulder so I never did it again. I did it maybe 2 more times after that just to play around. Im 24 years old now.
