New here, but already really enjoying your videos. Thank you! I got diagnosed with osteoporosis and have recently recovered from plantar fasciitis. Are there exercises to avoid such as jumping jacks in order not to tricker my plantar fasciitis again?
If you have not been training and doing rehab for plantar fasciitis then any impact exercises should be progressed very slowly, like jumping. Do a modified version. But stay hopeful. Getting strong really helped my plantar fasciitis that lingered for many months. I have had no problems for years!
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis when I went for a bone density scan before starting letrozole because I wanted a starting point in case the drug caused it. Turns out I already had it!
