Holy Moly, I’ve dealt with lower back pain for years, but lately it’s been serve, chiropractor hasn’t really worked. These sets of exercisers have immediately made a huge difference, I’m truly blown away & so very thankful . I can’t believe how quickly this has changed my life. Thank You.

Thanks for the info on the back extension machine. I was looking for inner lower back strengthening exercises I could do. In my job, I have to lift patients and equipment and at the end of the shift my lower back aches. So, I always turn to your videos as well as share with others. In my profession, most of us have lower back issues.

I used to have low left back pain. The cause for me was my left gluteus medius was not activating due to tight hip flexors, quads taking over. I no longer have back pain because every day I stretch my Quads, hip flexors and hamstrings. I also make sure my glutes are activated for the day.

Should you do this while your back is already hurting, or more as a preventative measure in the future? My back is killing me from a really hard day I had as a mechanic on Friday, and I'm wondering how soon I can fix that

Great one, Dr. Jared and thanks for all your videos, especially the ones for morning stretches, full body stretches, before sleep stretches, knee related, lower back related, and last but not the least hip related. I found them very helpful. I was wondering if you could get a video up on stretches and strengthening exercise for the sides near the rib cage, i.e. the serratus anterior, latissimus dorsi, obliquus externus, and rectus abdominis. Basically the area around the posterior, mid, and anterior axillary lines. Sorry, just wanted to be clear. I am requesting this because I tend to get pain in these areas from time to time. Many thanks in advance.

I understand these are home exercise options, but "IF" you have access to a gym try out the suitcase carry! Practice good technique/posture, of course 😊 I do love those birddog by the way. Thanks my man

Doctor, please reply. I have laxity and severe weakness in the neck muscles and calcification, but also the shoulders and scapula. I cannot strengthen the neck because of the calcification of the scapula, and I cannot treat the scapula because of the laxity of the neck. It is very complicated. I am thinking of ending my life. Please help me. Is there an injection to strengthen the neck so that I can treat the scapula and rehabilitate it? The shoulder. I am a boxer and I am 20 years old. I suffered an injury and something started pulling😢😭

Compound exercises requiring coordination across many muscle groups. Functional movement pattern. Easily overloaded/progressed. Great for training many "pull" muscle groups (which often go neglected)... just to name a few!

I have had pain on the lower right side of my back for the past 3 days. I did the first 5 exercises and each one hurt more than the last. I’m heading downstairs to use my exercise ball on the last one. Any other tips for pretty intense lower right side back pain? Thanks love the video

@@LoveLove-fx9hf Thanks for the tip! I actually found another channel rehabfix and found the specific tendon that was causing the pain and it eventually went away. I’ve heard of DDP yoga though I’ll check it out

Im not sure if this would work for me. I had a muscle imbalance and and i helped it by strengthening my lower abs. Also avoid arching my back backwards which would make the facet joints more inflamed.

Sounds like you would benefit from a few exercises for each of those areas, @kakatua7047! I always recommend pick the area that's the most painful and spend most of your time addressing that issue and add more exercises for other areas as time/pain allows. Good luck!

I've unfortunately lost so much strength since 2017 when I lost my mom and gave up on life I can't even begin to do the glute bridge anymore. Is there a way to start out without serious pain to get to the point where I can do these exercises I have serious sciatic nerve problems in my right hip and some days I cant trust it hold my weight without giving out. I'm not extremely heavy just not in shape anymore. Please help.

I am suffering from exactly the same. I know it hurts, but start doing 2x6 reps a day, assuring your ankles are not much far from your buttocks. Also, do 2x6 leg abduction. You may feel a little sore in the day you do the exercises. In the next day it'll become easier. Gradually start increasing the number of reps. Once you can do 3x10, try increasing the distance from your foot to your buttocks. Lastly, don't forget to rest. Do exercise for 2 days and rest on the next one. Hope you get well soon!

That question can only be answered on a case-by-case basis, @adrianaracelisministries7600. I would say in GENERAL these exercises are very well-tolerated by most patients with a disc injury. Good luck!
