As this week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and the focus is on stress, I wanted to talk to you about some of my experiences. I talk about how stress (particularly around my physical health) has impacted on my mental health and also how I try to deal with stressful situations now. I really hope watching this will help someone else, and if you want to talk about your experiences or tips for coping with stress in the comments that would be amazing.
