Doctor how does one really learn to manage stress. Presently my mom lost a leg and all toes on the other foot. I am diabetic and having to be dealing with all of this. Thanks
I recommend to read/listen to books about mindfulness, even if you don't have the discipline to practice meditation, you can make your breath a conscious effort, and become mindful by investing 100% of yourself during any activities you can still do. This simple change can reduce stress to make life better for anyone.
