Remember, if you've sat 40+ hours a week for years.. it will take time to reverse those effects. awhhhhh thanks for the nice reminder that stretching takes time ❤very needed. Especially on days where I'm not feeling it. I stretch anyways and it's always the right decision. My body feel relaxed, free and there's nothing else like it. Thank you Elaine for putting this challenge together! I can't wait to do this one in the evening

What, only 33 wiev. Yes, your video is one year old. If people know about you they will trow away all orher wideos. I will right now delit all other videos from scamers. I had problem with hip and botom. When siw your video u trayed that excersises hip and shoulder tightenes and pain for 10 months, ewerithing disappear imidiately. I em healed. Goid luck with your videos!
