A NEW 30 DAY STRETCH Challenge for Beginners & Inflexible People. This stretching challenge is for those of us who sit a lot during the day and experience tension in the upper back & low back.
Today is the third Friday video of the Upper Body Reset Stretch Challenge, where we will focus on stretches for the arms and wrists. There are some deep wall stretches in this routine that will help open up the arms and wrist focused stretches at the end.
If you have friends or family member who might like this challenge - be sure to invite them to join!!
