Denis you flow from posture to posture at a quick pace, do you recommend that pace for a tighter person and eventually the flexibility will follow? Or should they hold the stretch longer… the session will probably be twice as long and maybe I need a seperate session? What’s your recommendation for tight bodies 🙏🙏🙏
That particular routine is for a cool down part, thee very last thing in your workout. But talking about a warm up, good one will be about 20-30min long
