A rare spare afternoon in a massive Catamaran Build was spent Strengthening the Hulls Extension by completing the external laminates and building the join up to be able to fair it down to the gel coat layer. Our Electrical System gets to a very satisfactory point that will set me up for the rest of the Project.

Thanks for all the nice comments everyone, its well worth noting Ross had done so much research into this system and the right products ahead of the install that it made my job sooo much easier. You guys are smashing out work so quickly at the moment I wont be surprised if its in the water!

Bravo to Zac, he has done a masterful job of wiring the boat. The two of you have thought through the details of all the different systems aboard the boat, and I have to say it's been impressive to watch. I know you still have some things to finish up, but Zac has left you in great shape. Thanks for taking the time to share this massive undertaking. Safe travels to your daughter and Zac.

Ross, I have been watching your build for quite some time now and I apologize for not reaching out sooner. First off, YOU DA MAN!! I can’t believe how long you have been hammering away on this project and you still have a smile on your face. What an inspiration. Keep on, Keeping on. Thank you for taking the extra time to post all of your hard work on RU-vid. I can imagine it is like having a part time job on top of the build. Whether you know it or not, you have been helping me get through my composite build. When I’m having a long-hard-day, the type of day you are questioning what the F@CK you have gotten yourself into, I pop over to your latest post and remind myself just how much bigger your project is than mine. You have normalized and validated just how long composite work can take and I thank you for that. I’m a pre-fessional in the composite world, as opposed to a professional like yourself, so it has been a steep learning curve and a long journey. I you are ever having a sh@t day and need to see someone else grinding it out and getting their AZZ kicked on their composite project (to feel a little better), just pop over to my build thread. I actually gave you a shout out a while back in my build thread. Page 6, post #87 (post # located in the upper right hand corner of each post) expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/2022-ford-f550-diy-adventure-expedition-vehicle-build-thread.232762/page-6. Hopefully it has given you some extra traffic to your channel. I’m glad you are chasing your dreams, even if it requires climbing Mount Everest multiple times to get there. Keep up the good work and maybe I’ll see you on the coast of Central or South America if your adventures take you there in the next couples of years.

Ross, I poked a little fun at you last episode for not having announced a target launch (least that I didn't see). These projects are hard to close out sometimes as there always seems to be more to do. As a woodworker, I see a massive amount of work to do to finish out the interior. Not one piece is huge on it's own, but every part will have to be shaped. Is this something you are going to do yourself? Also, is your strategy to hold off launch until all of the work is complete? I wish you great success.

Great job but I'm surprised you haven't used equal lengths of cable to each battery instead of patch leads. It does make a difference to the individual battery usage.

You should also have some sort of high volume pump apart from those small bilge pumps. Preferably not a manual pump because if you have a hole in your boat that requires its use, you'll be too busy to be pumping water manually.
