@PowerDrink100 Thanks for your support ... The leg routine shown was very basic ... and let's not forget that the basics are the starting platforms used to build upon ... tendons and ligaments need to be built properly in order to insure a firm transition into more advanced workouts ...

Superb: the man has an excellent physique and an easy-going personality. Obviously, he's just showing a few exercises for novices - he's capable of much, much more than this. Good video, and I am eager to see him do the more advanced exercises he mentioned.
I like these workout clips and thats my nigga right there I like that dude B-Rock and Cruz but all you dudes get it in Respect and Yo Clean MU full extenstion on the let down that a full workout doing that and once again very clean legs and body where one peace
@PowerDrink100 I've read your comments and I must admit, you come off really ungrateful at times, and you seem to keep referring to fitness as "ghetto." What is it gonna take for you to stop saying "ghetto workout"? That reference is an insult to the people who are dedicated and passionate about FITNESS. There's nothing ghetto about that.
