That actually isn't to difficult, honestly. However, she clearly didn't hit the bar (by almost 2 feet) and therefore such a jump would be a failed attempt. The second to last step should also be a bit longer while the last one notably shorter and also a bit more reactive (proactive towards the ground with as little contact time as possible) to create a kind of catapult effect while conserving as much speed as possible.

In track we were told to not worry about the lines when trying new forms. by that I mean when my coach tells me to try it twice with a wider step, the first times he means just try it and the second he means try it how you would at a competition.
