1/4/2024 Starting this now at 12.04am. I’m hoping it helps, I’ll keep updated with any results. Fingers crossed it helps xxx Update 2/4/24 woke up with the urge to exercise which I never do. Ended up just having a coffee for breakfast and a meal for tea and felt my snacking intake went down significantly. Gunna listen again and the weigh myself in 5 days xxx
4 nights in... im not sure if it's because of hypnosis that im making change or if I'm listening to hypnosis because im ready to make change, but I find this deeply relaxing, my mood is improved, I have been exercising since and making better food choices and my relationship seems to be going better as well. Im listening to this because its an 8hr one although I could lose sime weight too. With the shorter ones I just wake up when they are finished which is little help. Been having major sleep issues fir the last 18 months or so. Melatonin etc does very little than make me yawn. Thank you so much for these videos, I finally have something that helps me sleep. Almost 7 hrs sleep this time!
At 31:07 she gets into the weight loss. Previous to that, she helps create a relaxed state of meditation/ hypnosis. This relaxed state is where you can reprogram your mind.
I listened to this and it is not for me. I have gained weight due to not eating enough calories to burn therefore my body goes into starvation mode storing fat burning muscle! Not everyone is fat because they eat to much UGH

Ten minutes!! This video is hours long! In order to reprogram your mind you have to take your brain from beta brainwaves, to alpha, to theta, the deepest state where we can then go in and change the subconscious program that's running. It's no use dealing with the conscious mind, that won't work. It's like trying to talk to someone in a foreign language. This hypnosis is allowing you to speak the language your subconscious understands. The beginning is taking you through the gradual brainwave steps to reach that deep place where change can occur. A state of deep relaxation is required hence the words about nature. Studies have shown nature calms the mind, it's a way of creating that deeply relaxed state necessary to get to the theta state.
