Lol, no this is the infamous "Strong Hand" from Scary Movie 2. If you have not seen it, there is a caretaker named Hanson who has a deformed left hand that everyone is grossed out by and afraid to touch. He uses it in a disturbing manor by stirring food with it, picking scabs off his face, and touching peoples faces. In one scene a person dies after falling out of a window because they won't reach out and grab his "Strong Hand" to be pulled back in.
