Thrilled to see a Lamia taking center stage as one of the main characters! We definitely need more stories featuring proper monster girls, not just those with added tails and ears. Speaking of monster girls, I dove into the light novel ages ago and noticed the manga is missing some key characters. Take the guardsman from Dran's village, for example, the one with the cowgirl wife. In the light novel, they have not only a son but also a daughter who's head over heels for Dran. Surprisingly, she hasn't made an appearance in the manga yet. Early on in the light novel, she even goes the extra mile by offering Dran a bottle of milk from her first milking - a significant gesture in cow people culture. If Dran accepts and drinks it, it's practically like a marriage proposal for cowgirls.

Well I read the light novel ages ago and it appears the manga leaves out a number of characters. Running off my memory, the guardsman of Dran's village, the one with the cowgirl wife-- in addition with his son, he also has a daughter whom is very smitten with Dran. She doesn't make an appearance in the manga so far... she made her debut early in the light novel, how smitten is she with Dran? Quite smitten, going so far to offer Dran a bottle of milk from her first milking, something that's significant according to cow people culture, if the boy accepts and drinks the first bottle of milk from her first milking, it's kinda like marriage for cowgirls, lol.

These reincarnation manga time skips are gettng bigger every recap, we see him get reborn and bam, 16 year time jump. Mf you gotta give me at least the reaction of the dragon to his own reincarnation, do some world building and tell me that he is at least determined to live like a human in a way that makes it unnecessary to know what happened in the time skip because you can dismiss it as "regular villager stuff" or something...💀

I'm okay with this tbh. I do think it's a bit much but I'd rather have this than an extended period of the MC being a toddler or 5 year old or whatever. It kinda gets annoying not knowing if the story is going to follow a 5-10 year old for the entire run or if it's just getting in all of the worldbuilding before skipping ahead.
