Thanks for commenting and glad you enjoyed it! the music is loud to drown out the music thats already playing in the gym since i don't want to get a copyright strike but I'll see if i can adjust it in future ones!
If you've just started simply keep climbing! The key is to be intentional over a long time. It takes a very long time to become good at climbing so patience is important!
@@loiduongjr I have been climbing for about 1.5 years, but im kinda getting stuck at a level. So the vid you posted just know might be a good way for me to get stronger. I will try it out! thanks for the reply tho. :D
