Yup. I just (consciously) discovered him. Been a fan of WSM for years tho, (not a "Rabid" fan) I have a smaller frame myself. (I'm also what would be considered "Old"- ppl tend to think I'm younger) but.... it's inspirational to see a Smaller Guy just *in the game of WSM* *Everyone expects the behemoth guys to win all the time* So it's a bloody good thing Oleskii won it this year. (I did not see it coming) but a few old timers / well informed guys guessed Oleskii was a contender. ...When you're a smaller frame.... ... the whole game is different. it's actually more dramatic. Smaller frame guys are underdogs. Even guys at 6'+ stand a better chance. Rob LITERALLY is a rep for more average guys. (I'm clocking in at 220lbs now, at my "Resting" weight... and I STILL fantacize about being "Active" in the sport.... and wonder about an "Aged" version of it) .....so ... I used to have a big deadlift etc Rob actually has me thinking a bit about it. I'm amazed he did the atlas stones as he did. *Train to BE The Person* *That they said* *You Could Never Become* ........................... not joking

Big Z is a major advocate of Ice Cream & Milk Shakes (brute calories) Me Too (I was a "small" BIG GUY... I always had a hard time getting calories bc I'm not a huge eater) *ice cream & shakes to the rescue* .... THAT could get me up to 5 or 6 thousand calories Yummy too ....LoL

Not much will change! The coaching will be done virtually, which isn't much of a difference than when we were back in MA. Derek and I tried to train together as much as possible, but with us both working full time jobs, it tended to be more online coaching/critiquing
