When I was a kid, eating ice cream was a luxury for me. I remember, I need to beg first for 3 or 5 pesos to my mother just to buy ice cream from the ice cream vendor. Every time I hear a bell sound from the street, I know that the ice cream vendor is approaching. Today, I harvested rambutan and made my own rambutan ice cream! I shared it with my family and they really enjoyed it. Thank you so much for watching. I hope this video made you smile. 😃😊

Good job on your Rambutan Ice Cream, Gayyem Ben! Anyway, I noticed that when you place what would become an ice cream and when you take it out that your freezer compartment is empty. I just want to share with you just in case you're not aware that when your freezer compartment is fully packed, it uses LElonSS energy/electricity. On the contrary, when the freezer compartment only has a few foods in it or when it is empty, IT USES THE MOST ENERGY/ELECTRICITY. So in a situation where you don't really have any perishable items that needed freezing, you may want to set the freezer to its lowest number (?) and maybe put some water in a container to make ice. You don't want to turn on and off the freezer when you needed to freeze something then turn it off when it's empty. It's better to keep the minimum temperature so if you need it really cold, it wouldn't take long to reach the new settings.

@@gayyembenph the more the freezer is packed, the less energy it will use. The frozen items inside the freezer would serve like ice inside a styrofoam cooler. Because of it, the temperature would remain low and the temperature gauge would detect that and would shut down the compressor resulting to less energy use.

Gayem Ben that's so delicious ...I'll try that with other fruits available here. Rambutan is not a lot here in Texas. If there's any at Asian markets, it's not as fresh as like picked from the tree.
