By landing on a waterlogged slab in a minecart, you can get the death message "death.fell.accident.water". An actual message was never implemented for dying from fall damage in water because normally you cant, but doing this will let you. would be a cool zedvancement or just something fun to do.

Haya Zed, Got an idea for a Zedvancement 3 bees can fit in a bee hive 27 spaces in a shulker (3x27=81) with a chest boat you can store 2188 mobs in a chest Wish a Lama in the boat you can store 15 extra slots meaning an extra 1216 mobs With your own inventory full of bee shulkers that'll bee and extra 2998 mobs And with 2 parrots on each shoulder, you on the lama and the chest boat on a single block you can get 6404 mobs. Six thousand four hundred and four mobs on one block.

I can't remember exactly who it was, but I think it was a Cleo video ages ago and she saw a Zedaph death message in chat and said that's just Zed doing Zed things. I wonder if he's secretly still running that social experiment from season 5 and now the hermits are immune to deathy shenanigans.

Did Zedaph include a block of bedrock in his hall of all? They are obtainable in survival... even if it is a glitch. Getting a single block of bedrock would be 100% up Doc's ally as the smartest GOAT-y-est ever, would make a fun collab, and ensure the GOAT gets one of the best trophies to have ever existed on HC.

Watching multiple hermits is great, because while Zedaph and Tango are parting ways after frantically trying to kill each other with programmable TNT auto-cannons while scrambling to simultaneously collect snowballs and work Redstone control panels, the chat reveals that somewhere else on the server that at that moment, Pearl is buying Froglights. If you watch PealecentMoon's video "Hermitcraft 9: Episode 21 - Dares and Resistances!", you can find a comment that is quite similar to this one.

I like the death message "didn't want to live in same world as..." For dying in the void shortly after taking damage. I think the timing is really important which would make it tricky to do deliberately. Lots of mobs would be fun to do it with, but I think the most likely to have never been done before would be a villager or armourstand with thorns.

Ness? Are you there? This is Temporal Scout 41. Ness is nowhere on the server, it appears. Very well...I shall endeavor to report on Subject Zedaph and his deadly activities. I am continually fascinated by his decisions...I guess everyone reacts differently to immortality! Zed begins by attempting to get the final gift from a rather stingy cat who'd rather give him multiple inferior presents than the one he's asked for. This isn't Santa...he smells like beef and cheese. He then continues to die for greater glory by annoying dolphins, magma cubes, and even the endermite. As someone who was ripped from her own universe into another, I can relate to the little one. I'm angry too (though being more evolved, I haven't attacked anyone)! Zedaph then sets up another void in his base (the Zedaph in my universe also dangled a pig in the void) with the purpose of...dying from lightning on Yoyo? This posits the question: the universe that I had scouted had not developed into the copper age when the Hermits arrived. I wonder if my Zedaph would have tried the same thing, given the resources? I won't spoil the journey's end, but it's bound to be shocking! Finally, Zedaph volunteers for death yet again in a new Tango minigame. Even when they take a break from work, they're dying without care! I believe that covers Reporter Ness's duties. I'm going to go search for her a little more...hope she's alright. I've died twice to dolphins this season of Zedcraft. While building they kept stealing my items. They are quite difficult to fight because they attack you but also give you dolphins grace.

6:35 Yes. I discovered that dolphins can kill when a friend of mine perished while transporting a bunch of them. They’re actually quite dangerous, because they gang up on you if you hit just one.

I wonder if there might be some more hermitcraft-specific zedvancements to be made? obviously we got one with Scar having the longest name possible and contributing to the longest death message, and the spy photos continue to be one of my favorite things, but perhaps there could be something like... [x achievement] with the most hermits. (most hermits killed at once, levitated at once, all blasted by a wither at once, something like that) Or there are lots of timezones represented, so maybe there could be something to that -- a hermit-based 24 hour clock somehow. i dunno, I'm just spitballing, but I think there's about 20+ other potential variables to throw into these things that could make for some really fun chaos.

Hey Zed, long time listener first time caller, just wanted to say that I really love how you put a unique spin on each season; being a true hermit, the cave of contraptions, the science experimentation, and now zedvancements - it's really awesome content and always makes you one of my favourite hermits to watch! P.S. I hope _Is that Sheep Looking at Me?_ comes back one day, that would be really fun!

I waited to get home to watch this episode, because Zedaph´s videos deserve to be watched on a big screen.

Once again, I'm graced with something I don't often see and don't know how I lasted this long without. This was a great episode, Zed! I'd give you an idea for a Zed-vancement, but this one will be hard to top. Need some time to think of something truly wacky next time... (This just in, I've thought of something that could be interesting.) "How far can a player be launched in one go with any means necessary?" I'll leave it open ended, see if this goes anywhere, but something like a human cannonball could be interesting for something so simple. Maybe one of the more technical players like Doc could help. Hope this inspires some kind of idea, can't wait for whatever escapade is next!

The Zedchievements this season are going to be hard to beat in the following ones - I have faith you will come up with yet another original idea but this season has been a delight to watch .

Only really started watching you this season, Zed, but I can definitely say you're always a great joy to watch now that I have. Thought of it because of your Zedvancement to get killed by as many mobs as possible and wanted to share since I don't remember it being on the list of ones that can, but you actually ARE able to get killed by a snow golem even though they can't do any damage. The steps for it are also pretty unique compared to some of the other mobs. Step 1: Trap a Snow Golem in an area where it can shoot at the feet of a trapped zombie or similar creature, preferably on an obsidian platform. Step 2: Make a pillar of lava that falls between them so that the snowballs catch on fire. (From my testing at least, even though burning, they cannot hurt you or set you on fire.) Step 3: Place a TNT block just below the zombie's feet such that the snowballs have a chance of hitting it. Step 4: Wait for it to ignite, which can take many shots even if they're on fire and hitting the right block, and then stand point-blank and enjoy getting blown up by a snow golem.

This might be the only game where what you are doing kind of maybe makes sense.

Doing the lightning thing with Yoyo reminded me of s8 Boatem shenanigans, was very baffled when the concept seemed familiar and then I remembered where I'd already seen it lol. Also, gotta love Zed just being oblivious to all the king and soup group shenanigans happening, I mean he was right in front of Impulse's new shop that was covered by a banner and he didn't even notice or question it! Amazing episode as alwayse Zed, your brightness and excitement always make my day better!

There needs to be a special death message for that. My nomination- Zedaph was shocked to find himself riding a zombie pigman. Actually, they could create some neat mechanics... Pig hit by lightning while wearing a saddle- You can ride the zombie pigman piggieback. Pig hit by lightning while on a lead- You can lead the zombie pigman on a lead Pig hit by lightning while on a lead in the void- Gets 'charged' and gives off a redstone signal wherever it walks. Pig hit by lighting in the void, while you are riding it, with a membrane in your hand and elytra on... pigs finally fly (It turns into a flying hoglin, which can hold chests like donkeys/mules/llamas.) Man, I wish I could mod... that just gave me an idea for a mod where you could use the lightning rod to animate mobs. Bones for skellies, bones and zombie flesh for zombies... but they are under your control. Hit two different animals at one time and there is a chance one of them gets one of the properties of the others... pigs that can fly, horses that don't take fall damage or that scare off creepers, phantoms that act like parrots, cows that puff up like pufferfish, killer rabbits that give you mining fatigue, cats that show up at night if you haven't slept, whole packs of mobs that dance to music or when they slay a hoglin...

My first death on our SMP was by dolphin. Not my finest moment…

Idk if you’re looking for a big build or not. If so, collecting one of each aquarian creature could be a Zedvancement. All aqua creatures, great and small, passive, aggressive, neutral, variant…..each variant of tropical fish, each variant of drowned, dolphins, turtles, guardian, elder guardian(last mob for obvious reasons….unless you know a way to neutralize, like a sound machine neutralizes a warden), squid, glow squid, puffer fish, salmon, cod, axolotl-each color. Some will need air access, some will need to be sequestered from others to keep the collection intact, some will need darkness. Call the Zedvancement “Mage of Aquarius”, perhaps. Does the Heart of the Sea count as a mob?

So great idea for a mini game! kinda mixture of what you did today and tangos! its called when pigs fly! basicly you tnt cannon a pig that you could name if you want but he flies through the air till he lands but you could make a field of slime blocks to try to make him bounce further also there could be traps that would stop momentum like honey blocks! kinda like kitten cannon (loved that game!) my weird brain just thought of this! lol

When I see your death message in another Hermits video it always makes me laugh!

I always love when I'm watching another Hermit's stream or video and a Zedaph death message pops up in chat, they're always immediately like "Oh Zedaph is doing Zedaph things again."

You could dig a small room behind the zedphancement with the lightning and fill it with black maps, which would look like a void. Would be high efford for a low reward tho.

Zed flying under the end island reminded me of season 8 when Grian and Mumbo got stuck under the boatem hole. Maybe zed can make an zedvancement about some sort of under the over world void flying obstacle course?

You can put multiple cats in multiple boats, and they will give you items. It would be faster than waiting with one cat

Travel to a very large end city and either transform it into wood (or block pallet of your choosing) or decimate it complete Revamp an ancient city Add a weather vane to the tippy top of other hermits bases’ without them knowing (while they’re inside/at their base if you want a more difficult challenge!) I did infact know that dolphins can attack, after an unfortunate incident in the coral reef. I went to swing my pick at coral and a dolphin swam in front of me at the wrong second.

i discovered dolphins can kill me when i accidently hit one on the day of release. not a fun day for me when an entire pod started damaging me and i almost started to cry from fear as i thought it was a glitch

One possible weird thing you can do in minecraft for a possible Zedvancement is get the bugged death message! The fall damage while in water one. It is still possible to get without cheats, just some minecart shenanigans.

I have an acchevment idea called zooologie which is to collect every single mob drop in the game by killing them or it could be getting every single mob head that is possible to get including with the head mod

How about a Zedvancement for getting every Death Message? There are some Death Messages unique to certain mobs, so you may have to rename those "Zedaph" just to have the message show up and confuse other Hermits. "Zedaph has died of dehydration."
