Dried Stuffed Eggplant 🍆
Ingredients
Two packages of 50 dried eggplants
300 g ground beef
Two cups of rice (200ml)
three onions
three cloves of garlic
Two tablespoons of pepper paste
One tablespoon of tomato paste
Two tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
A bunch of parsley
A tea glass of olive oil
Half a cup of sumac
Four glasses of hot water
Salt /. black pepper
Preparation
We put the eggplants along with the thread in the boiling water. we cook it for five 6 minutes, pour it into the strainer and let it cool, we put the ground beef in the mixing bowl, add the washed rice, finely chopped onions, garlic, parsley, tomato paste, pepper paste, pomegranate syrup, salt and pepper, sumac, olive, and mix it well with a dessert spoon as I show in the video. We fill the eggplants halfway through, repeat the procedure. then pour four glasses of hot water, add the water with sumac, salt with olive oil and cover a plate on top, so that the eggplants do not come out while boiling, the eggplants start to cook for about 50 minutes to 1 hour on low heat, then let the dish rest a little, then we can serve it. It is very delicious. It is very easy to make, I hope you like it.
