I have a sister who earlier this year, bought an immaculate (high end) detached 10 year old 2 story house with a double garage, 5 bedrooms 3 bathroom (2 en-suite), 2 large reception rooms, a dining room & large family kitchen, a downstairs toilet & large utility room/walk in larder. It has heating & AC installed. It's a 2 story house that has more 2500 square meter garden space, with a large patio and outside kitchen (under a proper roof). There's a large brick built bbq, bread oven, a sink, an under counter fridge, a freezer etc. There's a full sized outdoor swimming pool and a "pool house", separate from the house at the other end of the pool, a single story bungalow that has a large games room, a bedroom, a shower room with toilet & sink, laundry room, & a proper kitchen. It has solar panels, heating and AC and a bore hole. The price? 50k more than this house but, although it's tucked away from any main roads, it's just 20 minutes by car to Lisbon, which automatically makes properties more expensive than the area this house is in. So, all things considered, either my sister got a real bargain (she didn't), or this house is hugely overpriced......@@kappa2ou3
