It seems like a lot of people watching Stupendium's song don't actually know who Spamton is, or at least didn't before they saw it. I figured it'd be fun to make a compilation of all the little references for people who haven't played Deltarune.
Music Man references sadly not included.

YEP! Myself included but that's the genius of Stupendium, 90% of the songs he makes are for IPs I'd never heard of but I LOVE his songs! He immerses you in the world through his musical madness so fucking effectively that you feel like part of it. The man is a genius. Ad Infinitum is one of my fave songs he's done so far and I know basically nothing about Deltarune.

Just showed his songs to my teacher who has never even played any of the games the songs are about the other day, my writing/English teacher gives stupendiums lyrics a ‘how does he go so fast’ Out of ‘Did he really rhyme paint colors and make it work?’

@@Ag3nt-MC I read in the comments that the fast part of this song is so fast that it's actually faster than Eminem who is apparently some sort of record holder. Idk about that though, I don't listen to eminem all that much.

cool vid, but you forgot the second-to-last line where he says "I can feel that smooth taste already!" which I think is said by Spamton before he is absorbed into the disc

That’s not really referencing any specific line of dialogue, it’s more of an element of his character.

I'm not very familiar with them myself, and I imagine the footage would get copyrighted if I attempted to include it in a video in the same way as the gameplay here. Not 100% sure though.

@@laytonspuzzle Most of them are from The Music Man, particularly the songs “Rock Island” (a lot of lines are lifted directly from that number, which makes sense since it’s about a bunch of traveling salesmen discussing their trade) and “(Ya Got) Trouble”.
