Hello, Mr. Fixedit. If you often suffer from stutter/glitching I would suggest, as a stopgap measure, that you lower the speed of the track while recording and later accelerate the take proportionally using your video editing software. This is because slo-mo by 1/4, 1/8 or 1/16 allows the computer much more time to render each frame, making each clip very fluid. In my case, the key combinations are Left-shift + Y to normal speed, Left-ctrl + Y for faster speed and Left-alt + Y for slow-mo. Since my keyboard has german layout, I suggest you try with Z instead of Y. While DCS is in slo-mo replay, you will see the ammount of deceleration in red at the lower left corner of your screen. That's how you know in what proportion you have to accelerate it back when editing. It makes recording a bit lenghtier and takes more space in the hard drive but is quite effective. I hope it helps. 👍
tbh the stuttering just breaks the sense of immersion and reminds the viewer that it's just a game rendering and not real, when the entire purpose of DCS is to simulate real aircraft and immerse. :)
Under normal flying I dont notice as bad. However I do use the game for its cinematics. Its been one of the reasons ive been holding off on kicking a few things out.
