I’ve owned the STV pro 8 table for about a yr and a half I gotta say I was a little lost in the begining as well. Big learning curve! I have talked to Barry a couple times in the beginning and he was a great help. I had a sensor fail on the Z and they shipped one right out for free. They seem like a company that stands behind what they sell and they make a quality product. Very happy with my retirement present to me!!

They saved my butt in the beginning, and continue to now. Seriously the best company I've ever worked with.

I really appreciate you taking the time to put these videos together, I think I've watched most of them. I just received my STVCNC Sparx Pro 10!!! Trying to get everything all put together with the new compressor... I can't WAIT to start cutting on this thing and your videos have set me at ease. Onward and upward and keep praying for your success! Great to the point down to earth content.

Mach 3 is the biggest pain in my experience with my Premier plasma table and plan to change to Myplasm from eagle. Thank you for making your videos, especially the tutorial that you did with Myplasm 🤘🏻

I'd recommend STV everytime, you're paying for support also when you spend that much money, and STV is freaking amazing at helping with problems and walking you through the learning process.

i did the same exact thing, I got a plasma table and what I can do now in ten minutes took me 2 weeks. It was a steep learning curve.

I've had my STV4800 for over 2 years now. I run it pretty hard and it works very well. I have had very few issues. Your table looks like new compared to mine. time for a clean out I have build up to the top of the slats. 😂
@juggernautweldfab
@juggernautweldfab Год назад
yeah I just cleaned it out the day before the video, I try to clean it out every 3 months or so

@Juggernaut WeldFab I haven't cleaned mine yet since I got it. It's full to the tops of the slats. Probably be one of next week's jobs. Lol are your pans bolted together? I welded mine. I didn't want any leaks from hardware rusting like I heard others had issues.

What’s your honest opinion on the stv4800? I’m looking into getting that same table in the coming weeks. Like to hear more from people that own them! Thanks

Put quite a few hrs on my table. Use it a fair amount weekly. Sometimes days in a row it runs for hrs at a time. Really can't say much bad about it. I guess my biggest problem is I should have got a bigger one.😂

@juggernautweldfab499 Thanks for all the great info! I'm about to buy the STV 510. I'm debating on adding the gear reduction option. Do you think the gear reduction is worth the extra $900? Thanks again!
@juggernautweldfab
@juggernautweldfab 9 месяцев назад
I ordered my 4x8 modular with the reduction and my 5x10 pro has it so I have no experience without it but I'd say yes

What dye do you add? Do you make your own plasma guard?
@juggernautweldfab
@juggernautweldfab 5 месяцев назад
It's sodium nitrite,tracer dye, and anti algae. Or you can buy test tank solution and add that with anti algae and it already has dye in it

Appreciate the content! I have the same table, with similar setup I'm having issues with Z limit switch, I believe because the slats in the water table aren't level. The table is level, however the slats make the material at certain parts of the table uneven causing the torch to stop. Did you have a similar issue or heard of anyone else having this issue? Thanks!

Does your table stay green year round? If so how do you keep it like that
@juggernautweldfab
@juggernautweldfab Год назад
I just drag a magnet through it every other week or so, then do a full cleaning every 3 months
@rhodes588
@rhodes588 Год назад
@@juggernautweldfab what did you use to make it green
@juggernautweldfab
@juggernautweldfab Год назад
I just drag a magnet through it every couple of weeks, and top it off with water, anti algae, and sodium nitrite.
