I will NEVER get tired of hearing Bruce's Stu Hart impression. "Eh, meh, how 'bout for eh Bret eh, how 'bout bringin' in that eh fuckin' RHINO, eh Neidhart, the big bastard......" - so much so that when Jim Neidhart sadly passed away, the first thing I did when I read the news was go (as Stu) "Eh, no eh, not the fuckin' RHINO!"

Wrestling fans seriously do forget about the pressure than Bruce is under right now. Having to fill his normal duties plus not having the man who ruled the BUSINESS for 40 plus years is a major responsibility and a big change to deal with. If fans can stop being trolls for a brief moment and try to understand the HISTORICAL shift in business that is currently taking place, then maybe we can get back to just being fans and enjoy the fact that Bruce is still willing to do the damn podcast. Being a troll isn’t relevant. We’re all fans. Enjoy the business and Bruce’s willingness to still do the show. Keep up the good shit Conrad and Bruce!! The marks will listen regardless! 💯💯💪

Lex Luger had 12 years 1988 to 2000 and was always a solid and dependable performer. Could be a heel or a face. WCW title loss to Sting, King of the Ring against Tatanka, tag team champion era with Sting in 95/96, championship win over Hollywood Hogan, US title agaisnt Bret Hart, and the whole NWO era - Lex Luger had some great matches and never really made a mistake.

A couple weeks before Rumble 94, one of the Quebecers was injured in a match, but the other partner had to continue the match as a two against one. So when the ref stopped the Bret match due to leg injury, that wasn't consistent with the rules. Owen should have had to continue two against one.

@@Ziki-P he is over the screwjob. He has apologized , and worked with Shawn and Vince. Shawn even says Bret reaches out via text on holidays and what not. Bret just doesn’t change his story or his reasons for not wanting to drop the title to Shawn. I think it would make Bret a worse person to just say fuck my own traditions and morals just so people think I’m not bitter. Honestly, Vince is responsible in Owens death as well. The court case shows Vince was aware rigging owen the way they did was unsafe, and the most experienced rigger in the business told them so. They went ahead and hired someone else and the clip on the harness was not rated for anywhere close to a 220-230 lb man. Bret really had good reason to never trust or work with Vince again. Vince certainly didn’t intend to kill Owen, but forgiving Vince shouldn’t have been easy for Bret.

Diesel squashing Bob Backlund at a house show for the belt is on par with some of the worst WCW booking. It’s obvious why the company was in shitter at the time with booking like that. The psycho on Backlund storyline was by far the most interesting thing in the company and so ahead of it’s time. The possibilities were endless with that storyline and you killed it at a house show. You could’ve let this dude start wreaking havoc through the company, messing up people’s matches and chicken winging everyone. Diesel’s win and title run would’ve actually meant something after that.
