Also - thank you styling baggy pants. My partner can’t wear tailored, trim fitting trousers because of a medical condition making his thighs significantly thinner than his calves. This is a look that would suit him incredibly well.
This is 10x better than watching people hate on outfits or tell someone it doesn’t look good because they can’t wear it. Definitely a boost of confidence and good advice for the future!
My bf steals all my hoodies and some pants (I wear high rise and those don't fit him, but boy, did he try to wiggle into my favorite leather pants) I steal his pants a lot Perks of being roughly the same size I guess
i mean, it really doesn't matter most of the time, its just that womens clothing is often made to fit WOMEN, so sometimes its hard to find womens clothing that properly fit men, but other than that its entirey up to your preference, I often get womens clothing if I cant find what I want in the mens.
I've been meaning to say this for a while - even though the kinds of outfits showed on this channel aren't what I'd usually wear, I absolutely love watching all the videos you put out; and I think this video's commentary neatly showcases why! It might be a stereotype, but I'd expect someone who dresses "classy" to also act in a snobby and stuck-up way, but throughout your content you always showcase open-mindedness, a wholesome attitude, and even offer suggestions and alternatives to people who don't have as extensive of a wardrobe as you do. That kind of positivity is what keeps me coming back! I think you're an awesome example of just good vibes and character, for younger and older viewers alike. Keep doing what you're doing 👍

Agree. His style isn’t what I find myself being drawn to, but his personality as someone who seems approachable (as shown by his willingness to wear women’s jeans) is something I’m very drawn to.
I don't buy into trends often, but when I find one that really suits me and that fits in with my wardrobe, I buy it and just keep wearing them! Also as someone in my 30s, it's nice to not have as much pressure to buy into every trend like I did when I was younger.

he has videos about it.. just saw one with a graphic t-shirt and in many others he shows t-shirts and jeans . ..I would suggest to try polos or a shirt, instead of t-shirt ..with jeans. Get a jacket over the t-shirt and jeans,a coat looks good, or a sweater , change shoes . As a woman, I find that black jeans , brown,navy etc other than blue washed ,look better , on men, are closer to regular pants ... change in time the jeans with other pants with similar cut .. cotton, linen, depending on season, occasions ..
He can’t. He needs to go out of his comfort zone. And then get comfortable in a new zone. One with some class and style. T-shirts and jeans should not be your go to. It should be a back up.

toss a denim jacket or open button up shirt over the t shirt, or have nicely fitted shirts, accessorize, black jeans will immediately look classier than blue most of the time

Baggy jeans was very popular in the 90s and then the skinny jeans came back from the 50s to the year 2000s and now the baggy jeans reprises its role once again. Fashion is a never-ending cycle 😊
My only hope is that baggy jeans come back... I hate skinny jeans with a passion. It doesn't need to be as baggy as JNCO jeans, but a looser fit just feels better.

I am young, and I usually feel that the oversized look doesn't look put together, or even like loungey like something you'd ware at home, but this looks really really nice!
One thing I do is I just don’t pay attention to trends. I literally just buy clothes that I think look cool, and that usually ends up with me having a really colorful, “indie” aesthetic. I literally just look at clothes and pick what my gut likes!
a recent fashion trend is mixing baggy/hiphop clothing with formal clothing, which i feel like you could explore as well?? like how some people would wear varsity jackets over a clean white button up and a tie ,, but i feel like you could be more creative than just that

I saw another video, coming from a woman saying that to stay trendy without buying every trend is to pay attention to the silhouette of the bottom part of the outfit. Right now baggy and chunky is in. So the tops can stay classic, but with a trendy bottom (that will change one day, but its somewhat a gradual shift) you look relevant. Hope this helped

Everything looks great on you - back in the day of baggy jean’s first go round in the late 70’s, the shoes were all chunky. They pair well with baggy jeans, so much better than the sleek styles.
I feel like what you do with classic styling still applies to a younger audience!!! I may not wear everything you do but the rules and ideas help me put together outfits!!
Im a big fan of baggy fashion, ill be honest when i was a young teen i had no clue how to do it and my balences were all off, but now in my 20s, ive figured it out pretty well, it helps me acheive the straiter figure that i like, is more comfortable and i think it makes my movements and look more dynamic. :)) I also adore the way layering can look in baggy styles.
chunky shoes and baggy pants are my fav! i also wear suuuper baggy shirts as well, and then sometimes i’ll wear baggy pants that don’t go past the tops of my ankles so i can showcase my silly chunky shoes even more. baggy clothes and chunky shoes is my go to style!
I hated any kind of pants growing up bc, as it turns out, low rise is incredibly uncomfortable for me. I am so glad high rise pants made a comeback because for the first time in my life I more widely found pants that I felt good in and liked on me. I don't necessarily care so much about how well they suit me and I will probably never go back to low rise 😅 One of the reasons why I like how trends come and go :)

This looks like a style of a very trendy music producer I like. You did it perfectly even if it's out of your comfort zone. The baggy chic style is much more difficult to wear than I thought. If your top is slightly less baggy than your pants it just looks off. And leglength and rise are also so important.
I don't want to mean this the bad way or be seen like pushing away viewers, but ihink it helps a person watching a video to help with how they style to find what resonates with themselves and watch people who are in their same type or preference once they develop it. It's the beauty of having diversity in a social media platform, theres gonna be someone for anyone. Although I can't dress as you because its so freaking warm here, I really do love your videos 😊
I suffer from body dysmorphia (NOT due to gender identity, just a very skewed sense of my own body shape, size, appearance, etc) and this has been really helpful in a way. I've gotten used to figuring out MY style, but I really need to remember that I'm looking for what makes me feel good. It's hard at times, but I'm working on it.
