제가 베이킹을 잘 몰라서 그러는데 궁금해서 여쭤봅니당! 혹시 소금이랑 이스트가 닿으면 안 되는 이유가 있나요? 항상 세갈래를 해서 넣던데 그것도 이유가 있는가요?

이스트의 발효 기능을 방해한다고 하더라고요. 그래서 이스트에 밀가루 코팅을 해준 뒤에 섞는 거예요!

소금이 이스트의 발효를 방해하기 때문입니다. 각각 따로 밀가루와 코팅한 후 액체와 자연스럽게 섞이며 반죽이 되는 것은 괜찮습니다.
