[Ingredient]
-3 potatoes
-200ml water (water for blending)
-1/5 carrot
-1 green onion
-1tbsp of soy sauce
-1tbsp minced garlic
-3~4tbsp potato starch powder
-Salt, ground pepper
-5 cups water (water for soup)
[How to make]
1. Peel off potatoes and cut them a bit bigger.
2. Shred carrot and chop green onion diagonally.
3. Mince 2 cloves of garlic.
4. Put 200ml water and potatoes in a blender, blend finely and squeeze the water out with a cotton cloth.
5. Leave the potato water for 20 minutes and pour the top water when the starch sinks.
6. Add drained potatoes and potato starch powder and knead.
7. Boil 5 cups of water and 1 pack of kelp, anchovies in a pot, and when it starts to boil, take out the kelp pack.
8. Shape potato dough into a small ball and put them.
9. When it boils up, add soy sauce, minced garlic, carrots, and green onions and boil for 3~5 minutes at medium heat.
