Sir when I do pushups after 15 or 20 I get a throbbing strenuous Pain with my pulse beat felt on my neck and the pain is in this occipital area of neck and goes to the middle of head and strains my eyes. It earlier never happened to me but is happening from past 2-3 days.

Hello, These are quite unusual symptoms. Would need to evaluate such cases physically. You can consult a Neurologist and a Physiotherapist Seems like a neurovascular problem with an underlying musculoskeletal pathology
