Hey Coop that tall bldg to the right when u were on the balcony is where I live just a lot higher up we would be challenging your vertigo LOL. I looked at Aeros that 55 sqm includes the balcony mine is 56 sqm and a big balcony but not that big but has more interior space a jacuzzi size bathtub and a Calif. King bed thats why a chose Cetus instead but Aeros is also very nice place great video

Great amenities, great view, and great details, but a bit disappointed about the condo itself, the living area seems extremely small for a 55sqm condo. Are there different layouts available at aeras ? Like is Cetus, there it seems much bigger space on 52sqm

Stopped at the kitchen - that's a mini-bar sink shoved into the corner, totally useless. Oh well, waiting for the next video.

Jomtein is an awesome place to be. Stayed there (closer to the night market) for a month this past April-May and it was nearly perfect.

The closer you are to the beach... Having said that, under $800 usd vs what would probably be $2500+/mo in the US. Plus, the no add'l fees thing is nice. The condos near Rom Pho Market are less expensive and just a slightly longer walk to the beach. So it is up to you as a renter. Proximity vs cost.

Exactly. @@ScooterOnHisWay2024 You can find cheaper, but it will be smaller, probably further from the beach
