It's absolutely insane that this completely improvised dub actually makes more sense and has more emotional weight than the original story

For those who weren’t here when it premiered, the live chat spammed Wario like 10 separate times before the dub premiered, unknowingly foreshadowing what half this dub felt like.

I love how Wario's vocabulary is literally just 'Wario' and 'Im gonna win'.

So Penny and co. have said some BTS things that I really think should just be immediate knowledge: • The audio was deliberately jacked (off) to be intentionally awful and oppressive. • Nobody had any idea that the branching cutscenes for Zelda/Peach would play back to back. • The cast went into the dub with the character direction of "Be intentionally crass and unfunny, but with the idea and confidence that it is the funniest thing ever said". • Snake not having an actor credit was fully unintentional. • Red specifically asked to play Zelda, Peach, and Fox because they share several scenes together.

Red pretending to be called away by their mom when they do not, in fact, live with their mom is such a good bit
