For the past two days I been pointing at random shit behind me in the office and throwing my hands back and saying, “how to get ripped… eatin’ at subway”. I love it. My coworkers hate me.
If you're trying to cut carbs, get a foot long and just combine the two halves into one. So you're getting all the insides of a footlong with half the bread.
Ok question so I am 6’5 330 lost 147 pounds but I’m looking to add more muscle while cutting! Now realistically should I still do the foot long for in depth I’m in the gym every day about 3 hours a day hour and a half weights the rest some forms of cardio and sauna
I’m also on my weight loss journey. Coming down from 321 looking to get in the lower 200’s. I plateaued at 285. I’m still doing my 3 miles a day. And adding in some heavy weight lifting. Any tips to get me to the finish line. Your weight loss is phenomenal. Keep it going!!
@@JourneyToAUnknownPlace yeah so what I did when I plateaued I cut cardio by like 80 percent and literally started lifting a lot more! I learned that it benefited me also outside of the gym because I was burning fat once I got to my cool down stage! The best advice I can give you that helped me a lot was learn how to make meals fun I’m order to enjoy them and not get bored and go back to old habits and DEADLIFT, SQUAT BENCH WILL BE YOUR BEST FRIENDS WHEN IT COMES TO BUILDING STRENGTH
I got a question 🙋♂️, so if I go to subway on a cheat day what sandwich bread and toppings y’all recommend? Or just avoid it and stick to my diet food?
Can the powercore milk and things that you are listing work for women? I don't want to throw my hormones off and look masculine but I desire to be leaner. Should I lose the fat first or just try to get lean right away?
Realistically soy oil isn't drastically better or worse than any other refined oil. And the amount of soy oil your going to cut out of your diet is negligible for your test levels. Try actually getting full pannel blood tests every 4 months for multiple years and then get back to me about how different foods affect your health
@@charlesyoung3444 I don't have to do that. Professor Tyrone Hayes of UC Berkley released tons of data on estrogen mimikers. Soy oil (any seed oil really)in any amount destroys arteries as well as testosterone. It also stops qurom signaling between your gut microbiome . Seed oils are carcinogens in amounts even small amounts. If you want to get into optimum shape health you need to stay on top of these things. That's just the oils they also contain chemicals like atrazen which destroys testosterone. The average American diet is 10 plus grams of seed oils.
@@isopropyltoxicity make your own is the best way. Flour from Italy they don't have all the negative shit . Nice Italian olive oil, some pink salt, yeast. Nice and simple.
You’re better off just buying your own cold cuts and sandwich bread. Subway loads their breads with sugar and it’ll probably come out cheaper making them at home.
Chic fila is easy. My order to stay on track and get some protein and veggies jn is, 2 grilled filet chicken sandwiches, 12 count grilled nuggets, super food salad and a fruit cup. It’s pretty pricey though. Also the grilled chicken wrap is a good choice too
Everyone focuses on calories and fats and carbs... none talks about the crap ton sodium over 2000 and 3000 mg. So for someone who has a renal condition... hypertension... this just won't do.... please also focus on the sodium intake
Dude I like your videos on diet but this one is BS. Once check the ingredients of your sub, you'll be surprised by the preservatives and additives they put in , the shitty sub. And you're telling people to get fat from OILS? Refined oils? Great Lord have mercy. Otherwise your other videos are dope man!
