i don't know if he was cuddled for too long, raised in a bubble, he clearly had some sort of trauma, yet how is he so out of touch... why is he so different from his siblings
@@xtxpxhx That's one way he differs from his siblings. We can't as the audience of a fictitious show know how significantly different that made his early childhood. But you can imagine it may have made him feel alienated as a kid, especially if the mother of the other Roy children was in their lives for a period of time when his mother wasn't. Who can say for sure?
He is the first son, he had everything from money to “attention” (because Logan Level attention is basically less than minimal, but more than the other ones nonetheless), so he just wants something to fulfill his ok life, the rest were neglected, so they care more about their fathers view and appreciation. …. At least this is how I see it.
@@bellella_6926 yeah, that's what I think too. There's a part of the plot that hasn't been revealed to us yet. I think Logan feels guilty towards him but I don't think it is just because he decided to marry another woman... I mean he's married to someone different now and that barely changes how he addresses the other siblings. There's this hint tho, that maybe his mother had/has a mental illness, I think that might play a more significant role in how he's treated different to everyone else.
After seeing how Roy's reacted to Con’s decision to run for President, I wondered if Kardashian's felt the same way when Kanye West decided to go for it in the real world. Just Succession in real life
We’re all so fucking early still. Succession is going to be seen as top 3 ever after The Sopranos and The Wire. Max bullish. 100x leverage on Succession.
I don't know if any show can ever be quite as good as The Wire, but Succession is definitely awesome. The Wire is just on a whole other level though since it's just very different from every other traditional "prestige" drama like Sopranos, Deadwood, Mad Men etc.
In Kendall's birthday party, Roman explained to Shiv that she is "too good" for him. Also, I heard Tabitha is supposed to be on Season 4 but they removed her later.
i think she was supposed to be a contrast from gerri and emphasize roman’s repressed sexuality. tabitha seemed completely normal, but for reasons unknown she only makes it to the end of s2. by then roman is more obsessed with gerri sexually humiliating him. it’s implied roman was sexually abused and that’s why he needs humiliation to be aroused.
@@aria2aria2 And then in Season 3, we learn that they break up because apparently, according to Roman, she is "too good" for him. Tabitha is supposed to be on Season 4 but then they removed her.
Well, I think they were "dating", he even brought her as his plus one to Shiv's wedding. They spent time together, but she also ended up complaining that he never wanted to have sex, or that when he did, it was "weird", just like his first girlfriend, Grace, did. So I think they eventually broke up. At Shiv's wedding, his mother seriously told him that he should marry Tabitha after he told her that he met Tabitha at a "sex party" 😂.
OMG, y'all. I just realized Conner is going to be president. The polls all show him riding at 1%, but there was this ONE TIME when the polls were COMPLETELY WRONG
Tabitha is actually not bad. But, I personally thinking that Karolina is the most beautiful woman in Succesion. She's sophiscated, smart, has a calm voice and a professional, even she's in the same posession of the top dogs (Frank, Karl, Gerri). She's also taking her job as PR very seriously.
