This JL is pretty likeable based on their Hall of Justice hologram dialogue. Shame there's no flashbacks showing them working as a team pre mind control.

rocksteady mocks us with these holograms of what could of been in a justice league game, only to spit in our faces.

This game to me is non cannon and is elseworld story and I will never acknowledge its existence in Arkham

Seeing the Justice League just makes me wish we got a Justice League game instead.

So depressing... We already live through a dark age, and we can't even get a fun Justice League video game made by Rocksteady. Nope, we get instead a lame suicide squad with a lot of writing made by Sweet Baby Inc, chock full of mean spirited humor, nihilism and repetitive gameplay. At this point, they aren't even trying.

The most powerful superhero who is the flash is the only one not infected and is trying to fight braniac meanwhile boomerang is still trying to hurt/kill him which would only make the objective of stopping braniac harder….makes perfect sense great writing rocksteady

Correction about the Green Lantern architect bit, John Stewart is both an architect and a Marine, Kyle Rayner is just a comic artist.

I never wanted charaters to shut up so badly.

I feel like Lego Batman 3 did it better with all the Brainiac attacking and mind controlling the league but thats just me.

So the WB/Rocksteady dumb idea was to make a game where you kill the league instead of making a justice league game where we play as each hero ?

I'm so torn on the Justice League's portrayal, pre-brainwashing. On one hand, it does have vibes of the Super Friends, in what's supposed to be an M-rated game, so it kinda clashes a tiny bit - but I admit it would clash more, if I wasn't aware that it's meant to be part of museum exhibits, that kids can interact with. On the other hand, I would've loved to see a museum like that as a kid. Having the heroes saying that "I" could be a hero, just from the little acts of kindness and good will in my day-to-day. *_(Sigh)_* Why couldn't Rocksteady stay uncorrupted long enough to give us a [good] Justice League game, or at least the Superman game they initially planned - while also letting us see the other heroes in action? I'm not quite heartbroken at this point, but the potential that was in here, and *got wasted* for the sake of agendas, "progressive" narratives, and appealing to Twitter, it definitely saddens me, not gonna lie. And even then, the blow wouldn't have been so hard is this was just an Elseworld's game, instead of taking place after Gotham Knight, and _all the _*_sacrifices_* Bruce has to make.😔

After Bruce faked his death why/how is WayneTech still around? Surely it'd be liquidated to pay for all the damage Bruce caused. The more I think about it Bruce faking his death wouldn't help much, any prosecutor looking into Batman and his allies would surely be able to figure out who Robin, Nightwing and co were and they'd be hauled in as well as Gordon and Lucius for aiding him

I like to think this is just another one of those branched timelines that Arkham just has so many of like the comics and the assault on Arkham animated film this is the modern rocksteady branched timeline and the Arkham we all know and love is the Paul Dini and sefton hill branch which is the core of the mess that is the Arkham timeline is this all convoluted and should this game just be in its own little universe yeah probably

The fact that you’ve compared to sunset overdrive, one of my favorite games of all time, makes me feel a little better about the gameplay overall

I don't give a damn what rocksteady says, this game is just an alternate storyline that is adjacent to the arkhamverse. And it wouldn't be the first time. The arkham comics aren't canon, Assault on Arkham isnt canon, Arkham VR isn't canon, and Arkham underworld isn't canon. Let's toss this one in the bin too.

I wanted Rocksteady to make a JL game, damnit.

I'm about 5 or 6 hours in.... I don't think its the worst thing in the world. I think the gameplay can be fun...... but ONLY in small bursts. Its not something like the Arkham trilogy where you can play the whole story in a single sitting because it's just that good. This is not that. BUT the gunplay is unique like flying around, dodging, sliding, etc. it's not something I've seen from any other game even though it has tons of elements from LS games. But the entire premise of killing the justice league is just awful to me. Maybe I'm not far enough in.... but.... damn I wish they'd at least show more of our favorite heroes.... being heroes.... The Flash saving Harley was my favorite moment so far. Also being literally hunted by Batman was terrifyingly cool. I think this game will get more hate than it deserves because it is not what fans wanted, but it's still an impressive AAA game.

This game so far has been pretty awful. I like the callbacks to the arkham games but then all it reminds me of is how good the arkham games are over this. The music ques and being hunted by arkham batman is cool as hell. But this game is still like a 3 out of 10 so far.

Case no one has caught on yet the reason why they sound like they're talking to children is because they are that's why it sounds like the super friends
