Everything feels straight to the point.. and not in a good way. Not a lot of inflection or emotion in these line deliveries, as if the developers said “ ok Good we don’t need another take” when it clearly sounds and shows they needed Multiple takes

Honestly, I figured this game would be junk from the start.

So far shark reminds me of drax from the GOTG game

Find them Kwing. Find Arleen’s and Kevin’s graves. Rocksteady at least gave us the decency to visit them in a way. I’m sorry if that counts as a spoiler. But I had to. I wanted something for the channel to clip for those who won’t get the game. Something that’ll grant some measure of peace for people still mourning and missing Kevin Conroy.

i just wanna take a second to appreciate how massive and gorgeous metropolis is in the arkham verse

I'm gonna be brutally honest and just say as a longtime DC fan who's read maybe thousands of stories in the catalogue, I hate this story, the Arkham games are my favourite game franchise and this game just killed any love I had for Rocksteady. DC killed my love for their stories with New 52 and Rebirth was too little too late now they do this!!!

Well people said we shouldn’t be pissed about how they portrayed the whole thing with Batman before people got to play the game . Yet , Boomerang also pisses on the corpse of The Flash after they kill him . I bet the other hero deaths are about as bad outside of Wonder Woman .

Rocksteady should’ve taken notes from Guardians Of The Galaxy game by Square Enix. That was a wonderfully written team based superhero game with a heavy emphasis on Narrative, Character and Story and pretty solid shooter gameplay. This game not so much.

I don't understand. Why Harely said she hated being Joker's sidekick? When she was during Asylum and City. Didn't they make a Harley DLC about wanting revenge for the Joker playing as Robin?

feel like M rated games should have M rated quality. None of that overly controlling tutorials and shitty high school dialogue. They could've gave harley quinn a well written personality that's witty and quirky but smart, like actual Harley Quinn, but they decide to focus on her being her own thing rather than making an actual character.

With the way they're killing their own IP, Rocksteady was the true Suicide Squad all along.

One of the things I loved about the Arkham games is they kept Harley and Joker’s dynamic. Smh, this game ruins it but that dialogue? She’s never done much on her own. They’re going to force a ton of stuff.

Finally caught your walkthrough. Ive watched all but never got to the very end. Got side tracked. But ive ended up bak to where i watched all the Arkham games.

45:00 I love how Waller's plan hinged on Task Force X succesfully and carefully implanting the bomb microchips into other's necks. If that injector got destroyed in their fight, or the implants got in wrong and could easily be cut out, her entire plan fails. What brillant writing.

So why is Aaron cash working as a prison guard again in Arkham Asylum when Arkham Asylum got closed down and Aaron cash works for the Gotham City Police

A better line up would be death stroke, cat woman, Killer croc, boomerang, Killer Frost, and blood sport.

They should have made a justice league game or have the villains be the crime syndicate so we can kill the justice league without actually killing the league.

I wish they didn't take the James Gunn style where everyone quips and makes jokes every line of dialogue.

I’m gonna be honest guys. I love this game. I grew up with borderlands and that’s what this feels like but with a DC hint. If you want another Batman Arkham game that’s not what this is. But if you want a good time with friends this is perfect

To be fair, luke. Arkham knight was M rated and there wasn't any extreme gore are strong language in that game. So this shouldn't be surprising.

The intro is pretty lackluster compared to arkham games. Arkham Asylum Batman is driving joker to arkham asylum. Arkham city Bruce is arrested and transported to a prison facility in the middle of gotham Arkham Knight Scarecrow threatens to cover the city in fear gas and everyone evacuates. This game start out on a bridge while the cast spews out annoying dialogue. Theres no build up or hype in the suicide squad intro. What are the stakes wheres the suspense and intrigue.

I don't think anyone here would've played the series but this game has the same feel as the saints row reboot game, right down to the dialogue and gameplay. Plus it's so cringe when companies make jabs about capitalism like shut up! Haha that's literally how you make your income and survive.

I'm very disappointed with this game and in my opinion it's not cannon

if I’m gonna be honest, I don’t care for the suicide squad as a team I’m more so a fan of Harley which is why I’m watching gameplay of this game. I haven’t been a fan of Harley’s portrayal in media since pre-new 52, but I figured that since it’s in the Arkhamverse that Harley should’ve felt the same but she doesn’t. I haven’t liked Tara Strong’s, Harley Quinn, in a really long time. I genuinely think the only good performance she’s ever had as Harley is an Arkham city every other performance has been very overwhelming to my ears and just hasn’t felt like Harley at all more like Timmy Turner, or bubbles with a Brooklyn accent But I have to say this portrayal of Harley seems very flat like she comes in and out of the accent she comes in and out of the cookiness out of the squeakiness. It seems very blah. I don’t know if that’s the voice directing like if they made her drop the Harlyness of her portrayal but I don’t know. I’m ready for a Hynden Welch to take over for Harley fully and I’m ready for Harley to get back with Joker. this independent girl boss bs has made her a shell of the once really interesting character she used to be

The model for Harley and her voice clash for me 😕 She really gets quite annoying throughout the game.

If this wasnt in the arkham verse i think it would have a much better opinion. But boy talking about shitting on an IP. All the Batman stuff was great tho (outside the obvi spoiler). The bruce & batman model is excellent & bruce looks great & makes up for the awful AK verison. All the JL models are well done. Brainiac could do better. Is it as bad as GK idk.

Honestly? From what I have seen so far, it is marred by how mean-spirited it is. Way too many deaths of beloved characters are mixed in with poorly timed jokes and there's literally two different times that actual children are coerced into servitude by being injected with explosives. It's legitimately uncomfortable at times to watch these events play out
