Yeah CJ did definitely underestimate the numbers. It's Shibuya at Halloween. Tokyo is the most populated city in the world and Shibuya during Halloween is insanely crowded. Any survivors from the earlier battles + any people living there in a 140m radius are dead + everything he did before his domain expansion. Let's just say it's a lot more than 1300 bodies
